ICLC 2023 DAY 1 - SUPER SESSION WITH PASTOR JOY AMENKHIENAN

TOPIC: GRASSROOT MOBILIZATION OF EVERY CELL

100% Utilization of your members

2 Cor 5:17-19
Every new believer has a place, once you become a Christian you have a divine purpose, and with divine purpose you are born into ministry. You are committed to Ministry the very day you come in, whether you know it or not, you have been commissioned to do it.

Eph 4:11-12 KJV, NLT
The role of the Cell Leader in Grassroot Mobilization.1. The cell has a manual. The cell leader must understand the purpose of the cell. The manual helps you understand the purpose of the cell. You need to know the purpose of the cell. If
you don’t understand the purpose you can’t galvanize all your members because you will be misleading them, you need to know what’s the purpose of the cell.

Gen 11:6
The people can become one when they have an understanding of the purpose. You cannot have a grass root mobilization when you don’t understand what are we here for, what is the purpose of the cell?

Acts 1:14
The role of the cell leader is to understand why the cell- Why are we here?

There are people that if you don’t train them the way you want them to be, they will be left with the way they have been. We must train them with the ministry’s vision, ideal and mandate. The clarity of purpose is very important.

2. All Cell leaders must have a review of the cell manual with their members periodically.

Habakkuk 2:2

Once the Cell leader understand what is required, then they must constantly talk about it. Cell leaders must talk about the goal and the purpose of the cell ministry with their members.

Why do you need to educate your members with the ideals of the ministry, so they can grow up with this mentality. We want to indoctrinate them, to change the way they think, they came from somewhere, they have been brought up with different cultures, different families, but now they are in Christ Embassy, we have a message, we have a language, we have a way of doing things.

Acts 2:41, Prov 22:6

Once someone starts coming for your meeting, that very day training starts. There must be a deliberate attempt to train, to get them to think the way we think, the success will be obvious and speedy.

In that cell, give everyone the opportunity, as a Cell Leader, start training them with everything, the songs. Don’t read your Cell Outline like a script, Train them with everything, you are the Pastor Chris in that cell. When you read it, you will be passionate and you will bring that conviction on your members.

3. Train your members to be soldiers. The early training you give your members will give them a mindset of what the future is. Don’t say we are going to pray, we are going out, take them out, train them to be soldiers.

Gen 14:14
Every cell member from the day they join the cell must learn to fight, train every member to fight. Fight to keep the Word of God on your lips, fight to study the Word to God, fight to pray. Train them with what you know, don’t pamper them. Train them
to be fighters.

Our members must be initiated.
“Train them” means- To initiate, to be experienced, Our members must be initiated, we are not playing here. We don’t have sissies here, everyone from the day they come in must understand that they have to be strong. They must practice everything we do again and again.

Train them to win souls, don’t be an administrative Cell leader. If you don’t follow them, you are not a good leader, because you don’t know what they are faced with, the questions they’re answering. Watching you, they will start doing the things you are doing.

Train your members to pray, how do you tell people to pray without praying with them.

Train your members to give, don’t tell them to give, let them see
you giving, let them hear your name in records.

Train your member to follow instructions, to be Ministry compliant, train them in ministry ordeals.

Train them to listen to the Word of God, to study the scriptures, do they use ministry apps? Indoctrinate the members to do everything so that when trouble comes, they know what to fight with, what to do.

Train your members to organize (Luke 22:10) A Cell Leader that is still arranging the venue isn’t preparing the members for the future.

Matthew 14:19,
Train your members to do everything.
If you get a hold of what I am sharing, the next healing streams we can take the whole world. If every Cell in the ministry plans very well, every street can be covered.

When things are done in order, we will see success. We must train NOW for all our members.

1 Cor 14:40

4. Keep your members inspired. 1 Cor 9:16
As a Cell Leader, you must be inspired to keep your members inspired. Do you members know you’re full of the Holy Ghost always and you are so inspired?

1 Thess 1:8 MSG
Cell Leaders, become the message, don’t talk let your members see you, you’re the moving message. A Leader should live by example.

Show your members how to do it and do it in front of them. Lead by example. Don’t be an administrator, be a producer. How Do I Engage My Members?

First understand that the cell is the smallest unit of the church, but inside that cell there are potentials, inside that cell the choir leader is there, the pastor of tomorrow is there, All the giftings of the ministry are inside the cell, but you need to discover those potentials and develop them.

When a program is coming, draw up a schedule and assign responsibilities to members. No matter how young they are, you’re training them.

Cell Leaders get ready, every single person coming to your cell, take them, begin to school them. Teach them to pray, to give, win souls. When you have trained them, when you say let us go, you will have an army. When you are through with them they will become the “moving message."

This is not a time to play sissies.
We are trained to produce results.
