GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER DAY 2, SEPTEMBER 27, 2025

Last night we talked a little bit about the 2 fold transfiguration. Why it should happen and the blessing of it...and the fact that God expects it to be a continual experience with us. 

Prayer has different parts to it. 
Understand when it's a fellowship with God (because you're communicating, baring your heart, praising and worshipping him).
This is just one aspect of prayer. 
Prayer is also making requests. 
That's legally taking advantage to ask. 
Prayer is also our way or building and conditioning our spirit.

What we say in the different kinds of prayer is not the same. 
When you pray, your spirit is conditioned to be strong, sensitive and responsive to God. 

There is another kind of prayer where you are not making fellowship or making requests with God, or building your spirit 
This time, it's prophetic prayer. 
You get signals and information from God and utter them here to effect changes. 

There is a different kind of prayer that's like a fight of faith. You know God will in his word and you are standing on the premise of your knowledge of that will and engage opposing forces to bring the will of God which is known to you to come to pass. 

Every Christian needs to be trained in prayer. 
Be very reverent when you see God's people praying. They may act in ways that look funny or offensive to you, but don't make fun of it. Don't get offended. Just walk away. They are doing something that's holy and important to God. 
God stirs the hearts of his children to pray in certain ways and those things are not up to us. Prayer is sacred. When thoughts come to you to make fun of people who are praying, purify your heart. 

You can't have accurate praying without the knowledge of the word. God's word guides every kind of prayer. They are his rules for prayer. 
Prayer that is not based on the word. An go off-course.
"You err because you know not the scriptures" 
The holy Spirit even guides you on the scriptures that you don't know because He authored the scriptures. 

God's word will produce on your spirit the same Glory that the holy Spirit will produce in your spirit. 
You have to live in the now with God. What's God's saying? Live in God's will, in his moment. 

1 Corinthians 3:18
That was done by the spirit of the Lord. 
Romans 12:1-2
Here you see what's YOUR JOB. 
God will not renew your mind for you. Exchange your thoughts for his thoughts that's your Job.
You can watch yourself grow as you apply the word of God to your life as you make your decisions. 
If you have the wrong mindset, it will carry you on the wrong direction. Your mindset can put you in bondage. 
Why do you reason and act the way you do?
Your mindset is actually your personality. 
There is a difference between your person and your personality. 
You may be a great person inside but your mindset can give a character of something you don't like, that even you will despise.

REV 3:21, Eph 2:4
Study the word. There is no contradiction. Understand exactly what it says. 
Who is Rev 3:21 talking to?  It's not talking to everyone of us. 
Not every verse in the Bible is addressed to you. 

REV 3:1-6
Sardis church: Actually dead, but known to be alive. All of Paul's teaching started in Europe but the churches died out. 
Even in that same church, this message was not for everybody. 
V7-13
There was no rebuke on anything for the church in Philadelphia. Don't have the notion that God finds fault with everything. 
Abraham looked at the same Sodom that Lot was told not to look at. Don't judge everybody with your own standard.
V14-
Laodecia was a very prosperous city of rich people. Who were the Laodecians? V20: They were Christians without the Holy Ghost. They were like the Christians in Ephesians. Acts 19. They didn't believe in receiving the holy Ghost.

It takes the Holy Spirit to be hot for God. 
The Laodecians relied on their wealth. 
Christianity is impossible without the Holy Spirit. 
Baptism by immersion is a sign of your oneness with Christ death, burial and resurrection. 
Everyone of us that has the identification of Christ (1 Cor 12:13) if you have received the Holy Ghost, you have had that drink. 
That's why he says "be not drunk with wine....but be filled with the spirit".

In our world, God gave us responsibilities. 
Joel 2:28, Acts 2:7- KJV, CJB. 
The holy Ghost does not only help you prophesy but to interpret prophecy. He guides you into all truth.  
The spirits been poured out on a humanity on the day of Pentecost. The spirit of God is all over the world and has been here ever since. 

Some misconceptions

When Peter visited Cornelius, the Roman Centurion, Acts 10:44 , the holy Ghost "fell on them". The Greek word used there means to Embrace, or run into an embrace or take someone. That's what the word FELL means. 

Luke 1:12
Fear fell upon him. Fear seized him. 
Luke 15:20
He fell on his neck and kissed him.
Same word used in Acts. 

Matthew 7:25
The rain fell : To descend; coming down. 
When you minister, the spirit comes out of you. 

Zech 12:10
The spirit of God is the spirit of Grace and supplications. The grace is to make them all pray.  One of the first things the spirit makes you do is start praying and making supplications. 

Take advantage of this and begin to proclaim peace 
This is something we have as an inheritance from Jesus. 
John 14:27. 
I have his peace in my heart 
This is why you should never be troubled. No matter what happens, maintain your composure. 
John 16:30-32 AMPC
Jesus knew that when persecution came, they would be scattered. 
"BE of good cheer, I have overcome the world... I have deprived it of power to harm you and I have conquered it for you"
The world has been conquered for us. 
We have victory over the world. Absolute victory! 
Jesus paralyzed the adversary completely. 
Keep the smile on your face. 
Keep the laughter on. 
Be of good cheer. You have to live the Christian life. 
Lambano that peace! 
We have his peace. Cheer up! 

Matthew 10:12
If we don't do what the Lord says to do, should we be surprised when we don't get the results?
When you go to a house, Salute it. Let your peace come into it. 
You are a distributor of peace. I have abundant supply of unending peace. 
Luke 10:1-3
When next the wolves bark, tell them to shut up. 
When you travel, say "Peace be upon this city in the name of Jesus".
Cast out demons of riot. A country cannot thrive with rioting. There is a difference between Protest and Riots. Riots are demons let loose in a city. 
Peace does not mean you are weak. 
Matthew 5:9
You are a peace maker. 
Decree Peace to the nations. 
Those who destroy nations are the ones who should lose their peace.

The specific amount of each vitamin an egg provides can vary based on the hen's diet, but a whole egg is considered a complete and nutrient-dense food.
